5 Soccer Coaching Tips To make A Habit Of Winning

Are you looking for effective and time-tested soccer coaching tips to take your team to the next level? Most of the coaches find themselves in situations where either the team is not sincere or the focus of the team is dwindling.

Take note of these winning instructions that will not just improve the morale of your players but also put them to winning ways.

1. Design your procedures meticulously: Ensure that your plans are in tandem with your objectives or they will fail miserably. Before you set out to draft one, sit and have discussions with your players, set your goals and objectives as well as timelines. Only those plans are successful and fruitful that deliver within a predefined time. Once finalized, stick to it but leave some flexibility for minor alterations as needed. Sometimes things turn up in the most unexpected ways and you will succeed only if your procedures are smart enough to deal with them. check this guide on soccer goals https://mysoccerhq.com/5-best-soccer-pop-goals-2017/

2. Ensure that the players have great workouts: When the drills are the same day after day, the kids are bound to shy away from practice and you cannot blame them. Use your imagination and you will realize that keeping the kids happy is the easiest thing in the world. Take the players out for camping, take a small quiz, or even introduce small contests which bring a sense of novelty in their daily routine.

3. Discipline and Freedom go hand-in-hand: It cannot be emphasized enough that as a coach, maintaining discipline should be your top priority. These soccer coaching tips can do wonders to your team. It is a great idea to leave a few minutes/hours out of regular sessions where the players can hang out and discover things on their own. Encourage them to organize outings.

4. Be encouraging and caring: A good coach not only motivates the kids to be adventurous but is also caring to the extent that when things do not work out, he is there to sympathize. Do not punish unless absolutely required. When you punish someone, there is a greater chance that you are making the kid guilty. This can severely impact their growth as a successful player. Remember that punishment inculcates a feeling of rejection while being supportive and encouraging breeds great ideas and performances.

5. Help your players reach their potential: You will know the true potential of your players only from their performances on the track. A good team is always a healthy balance of different skills and capabilities. You can use your strong players to bring the ones who aren’t up to the mark to the desired level. How you carry out the exercise of converting the not-so-great players into the finest is the real test of your coaching skills. Do this in a fashion that does not make the players feel a sense of disparity between them.

Coaching youngsters is not easy and demands a lot of innovation and good thinking. It is difficult to make players deliver under excessive strain. These soccer coaching tips do exactly that, help you develop a great chemistry between you and your players while at the same time helping them deliver results. So where do you go from here? Incorporate the tips that you got here in your coaching sessions and be a part of our coaching community to keep improving on your own as well as your player’s skills.

Everything You Need to Know About Trampoline Pads

Trampoline pads are a great way to help make a good trampoline a safer outdoor activity. A trampoline is made of heavy gauge steel tubing. If fallen on, this tubing could cause serious injury. The pads cover this tubing, and the springs that attach the trampoline mat to the frame.

Trampoline safety pads cushion a fall on the springs or the frame. This cushioning can help prevent injury. In addition to functioning as a cushion, the pad also protects fingers and other small body parts from getting pinched in the springs. It is important to look at the quality of pads you purchase for your trampoline. A lower quality pad may not perform its function as well as a high quality pad—even if it means it costs a little more money.

The padding is generally made of thick foam. This foam is often covered in vinyl. The width and thickness of the pads varies with each product. Be sure the width of pad you purchase will cover the entire spring and frame on your trampoline. Some pads also have skirting the hangs over the frame. Some companies provide warranties on their pads. If you are concerned about the quality or life of the padding, you may want to consider one of these.

A trampoline pad isn’t only good for safety. It also improves the appearance of the trampoline by covering the springs and frame. In addition it protects the springs from exposure to weather. Because the padding is generally a brighter, contrasting color, they also help make the edge of the trampoline more visible.

Taking good care of your trampoline padding surround will help extend the life of the padding. It’s a good idea to remove the pads when the trampoline is not in use, especially when it will be exposed to extreme weather conditions. It’s also a good idea to keep the pads clean.

Even with good care trampoline pads will have to be replaced several times throughout the lifetime of the trampoline. It really depends on how well you take care of the pads, the weather they are exposed to, and how often they are used. It’s been suggested that you replace the pads every one to two years. If they are very well taken care of you may have to replace them less frequently. You need to replace the pads when there are rips, tears, no longer attach properly to the frame, or have other significant wear.

Not every trampoline frame pad is alike. There are differences in sizes, styles and colors. When purchasing new pads for your trampoline, be sure to take proper measurements so the pads will fit accurately. If you have an 8ft trampoline, you’ll want to make sure you purchase 8ft trampoline pads. The pads will fasten to the trampoline in one of several ways; elastic straps, ties, Velcro or clips.

Applying Japanese hair straightening system

Even though it originated in Japan in the late 1990s, the Japanese hair straightening system is still causing ripples in most of the developed world. It comes under many fancy titles that include thermal reconditioning, the Yuko system, magi straight, bio ionic straightening, rebonding and liscio among others. Yuko is actually the name of the hair stylist who got to popularize the hair straightening system while Liscio refers to the original process which is what you are likely to see in many hair salons.

Permanent straight hair

This hair straightening system which originated in Japan is touted for having permanent outcomes as far as keeping your hair straight is concerned. This cannot be compared with some of the do it yourself hair straightening procedures who effects area only temporary.  When you do your hair with the magic straight hair straightening you can rest assured that for at least six months you will not visit your salon for the same procedure until after you hair will have grown again considerably. There are only a few cases where the thermal reconditioning will not work effectively and this will include:

  • African hair because it is delicate
  • Damaged hair of that which has been heavily treated
  • Thinning hair that can falloff quickly

The cost

In general, if you will be going for the Japanese hair straightening system you need to be prepared to pay well because it is fairly expensive when compared to other forms of hair styling. Depending on your salon you should be prepared to pay anything between $300 and $1000 and the process will take you between 3 – 4 hours to complete.

Important tips before going for thermal conditioning

When compared with your regular hair straightening that could take you only a few minutes to accomplish you can see that the Japanese hair straightening is some serious business. You should therefore do your homework well before committing yourself especially to know if you are a good candidate for the procedure. Some of the important precautionary measures you can take include:

  • Learn everything you can about the procedure by visiting the websites of as many salons that are close to you as possible
  • Speak personally to the hair straightening specialist and have all your questions answered
  • You must make sure that you know that the specialist has the required expertise and since you will be paying so much money you don’t want to deal with someone who is going to do experiments with your hair
  •  Ask to be shown several before and after pictures of some of their customers
  • Where it is possible ask to speak to a previous customer who could give you proper insight including anything they did not like about the entire process

If you are going to have the procedure done on you it is important that you follow the post styling specifications with a lot of care. The stylist will need to do a strand test to see that you hair is right for the procedure and since the effects are meant to last for at least six months be careful to use proper after care products.

Weekly Words of Inspiration- Silence is Luxurious

Around the holidays, I find peace in the late evenings when the silence sets in. Last night, I curled up on the sofa with nothing but the soft glow of white Christmas tree lights on which to focus my attention. My husband had gone to bed early, and my little girl had already been fast asleep for hours. I turned off the glaring television, silenced the cell phone, and made a hot cup of chamomile tea. It was just me, a cozy blanket, beautiful lights, and the silence of the night.
Peace and quiet. They make you think. They have a way of bringing thankfulness to your heart if you let them: thankfulness for a warm and cozy bed, scrumptious Christmas cookies, cherished memories of the past and memories yet to be made. Beauty and silence solicit feelings of gratefulness: gratefulness for family and friends; gratefulness for health; gratefulness for unconditional love.

Last night, I was in my own, happy, thankful, world- just me and my Christmas tree. And the experience was calming, refreshing, and, in its own way, luxurious.

Chocolate Cherry Blender Pancakes

Since learning to eat healthy and taking on a more active lifestyle, I have been experimenting with recipes that combine wholesome staples to make yummy alternatives to foods that are otherwise not on my regular menu. One of my personal favorite breakfast foods has always been big, fluffy pancakes loaded with chocolate chips and smothered in butter and syrup. I used to eat them way more often than I care to mention. Since my new creation of Chocolate Cherry Blender Pancakes, I can now treat myself and my family to a delicious pancake breakfast any day of the week and feel completely guilt free!

I recently had the fabulous opportunity to sample and review six flavors of gourmet oatmeal from Modern Oats. (Check out my review and enter to win some Modern Oats of your own!) It was with Modern Oat’s Chocolate Cherry oatmeal that this pancake recipe was born. In the past, I had used plain ol’ quick oats to make blender pancakes, which were less flavorful and had fewer heart-healthy ingredients. Quick oats don’t contain the fruit, nuts, and seeds that Modern Oats have, nor do they have added pieces of yummy all natural chocolate!

These Chocolate Cherry Blender pancakes contain no added sugar, flour, butter, or oil of any kind. They’re sweetened with banana as well as the natural sugar found in the Chocolate Cherry Oatmeal. Preparing the recipe is super simple! Just combine all of the ingredients in a blender, pour onto a heated skillet, and cook like you would any other pancake.

An added bonus is that you can experiment with any flavor of Modern Oats that you’d like! Why not try Apple Walnut or Goji Blueberry pancakes? There’s also the option of adding some dark chocolate chips or extra fruit to the recipe. Top your pancakes with some natural syrup, jelly, or even peanut butter and enjoy!

Chocolate Cherry Blender Pancakes

- 1 container of Chocolate Cherry Modern Oats
– 1/2 large banana
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 egg (or two egg whites)
– 1/3 cup low fat or fat free cottage cheese
– 2 tablespoons almond milk (or regular low fat milk)
– Optional add-ins- chocolate chips, fresh berries

1) Place all ingredients (except for any add-ins) into a blender and blend until smooth. If the batter seems too think, add extra milk (up to one additional tablespoon).
2) Coat a nonstick skillet or griddle with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Drop batter (about 1/4 cup for each pancake) onto skillet. If you’re including chocolate chips or fresh berries, drop them onto the pancakes.
3) Flip when bubbles appear and the underside is golden. Makes approximately 4 pancakes.
